SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders will take 7–10 business days to be processed, except for Custom Wig Orders which can take up to 15 days. All orders are shipped through USPS Standard Shipping, which takes 5-7 business days. If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, contact info@rebellioushairbeauty.com within 24 hours for a change of address. Rebellious Hair Beauty LLC is NOT responsible for any lost items due to the wrong shipping address.

We only ship Tuesday–Friday, 10–6 p.m., and this does not include holidays.

 RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY SERVICES, COURSES, OR PRODUCTS OFFERED BY REBELLIOUS HAIR BEAUTY LLC, UNLESS WE ARE AT FAULT

By submitting your order, you are agreeing to the policies stated. You are also agreeing that, in the event a dispute is filed, it will be handled by the authorities.

CUSTOM/READY TO SHIP WIG ORDERS

All WIGS are made to order by our owner via a sewing machine. There is a 16-hour grace period to update or make changes to an order. After this period, all sales are final, and there will be a 30% cancellation fee for orders canceled within this period. Please contact me with any changes via email or faster through text.

If you have any issues with your UNIT, it must be reported 24 hours after it is received; if nothing is reported, we assume everything is great and the SALE IS FINAL.

GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS

Choose from PayPal or credit/ debit card as your payment options. All prices shown are inclusive of taxes, and there are no refunds on products unless we are at fault. Tracking numbers are sent out via email after processing times for your order have passed. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated. Please make sure your email and information are correct. We are not responsible for misspelled or incorrect information.

DELIVERY

Our website automatically calculates the fastest and cheapest delivery rates for your purchases, ensuring that your items reach you quickly and in great condition. We only use USPS shipping, please pay attention to the shipment time. A tracking number will be sent to you when the shipment is sent.
